Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

  • 8 corn tortillas, cut into quarters
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
